This event is for artist's who self-identify as experiencing barriers to access within theatre in Scotland, including (but not limited to) those who:
- Identify as neurodivergent and/or disabled;
- Come from working-class, migrant, or lower socio-economic backgrounds;
- Have faced geographical barriers to theatre or arts education;
- Experience age, maternity, or caring-related barriers;
- Identify as Global Majority, LGBTQIA+, or part of other underrepresented groups

Travel bursaries are available to support attendance for those based more than 25 miles away from Rockvilla.
- £20 for those travelling 25 – 50 miles from Rockvilla.
- £40 for those travelling 50 miles or more from Rockvilla.
These bursaries will be paid via the submission of an invoice after the event. If you request a travel bursary, we’ll be in touch with further details before the event.

Up to 50% of caring costs can be reimbusred where a parent or carer has had to arrange additional care (outwith their usual care arrangements) to attend the event.

This event is catered, with lunch, snacks, and other refreshments provided throughout the day. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements below.
This is an alcohol free event.
This event will include relaxed networking, an industry panel and workshops. Please let us know if you have any access requirements, or how we can best support you during the event, below.
For example BSL interpretation, written notes from the day available post event, written materials printed using specific fonts or paper colour, access to a quite space throughout the day.

We will let you know if your place has been confimed by the 16th of April 2026 (a month before the event takes place) and follow up with further details about the day.

If we get more expressions of intrest than places available, particpants will be selected at random by lottery.

If you are not selected, we will ask if you'd like to be placed our waitlist and notified if any further space becomes available.
